Deliveries
We are pleased to offer a variety of options for the collection / delivery of your items.
1: If you are local enough, you can collect your item in person within 1-2 weeks. Collections will either be from our show room in Havant (PO9 1HS) or from our home address (PO6 1PT). Once you have made your purchase, just contact us directly to arrange a convenient time.
2: Courier delivery - We have a small number of independent and reliable couriers who we use regularly, and between them, we can now offer quotes for you covering the majority of England, Scotland & Wales. These couriers are not from big companies. They are small business owners, like us and drive / deliver by themselves. We have chosen them carefully and trust them to look after our items. We do not take a commission to arrange, and payment for delivery is to be made directly to them - you just pay us for your furniture.
How it works:
- Contact us prior to purchase with your full postcode for a quote.
- If you are happy with the quote that we receive from them, feel free to go ahead and purchase the item. (Please note - we do not hold items whilst waiting for quotes. If the item sells in the meantime then it sells).
- Once you have purchased the item, we will ask you to confirm the full delivery address and a mobile number. We pass these details onto the courier so that they can contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
- We usually aim to have items delivered within 1-2 weeks. On rare occasions, it may take longer if the distance is particularly far, as the courier may have to wait whilst they book in other jobs along the way.
3: Arrange your own courier - You are always welcome to make your own arrangements. As long as your chosen courier can give us a delivery window and can collect within 1-2 weeks, we are happy to work with them. We would advise you check their feedback carefully before booking as some companies are significantly more reliable than others.
4: We deliver your item to you ourselves - This option would be offered at our discretion. Just like if we were arranging a courier, we would need your postcode so that we can provide you with a price for delivery.
